1. What is the total price, including GST?

RoboticBell: MRP from ₹8,500 (Gong) to ₹32,000 (Ultimate models), plus 18% GST. Full price list.

2. Is installation included?

RoboticBell: yes — delivery and installation are included in the MRP.

3. Are there monthly or yearly fees?

RoboticBell: there is currently no monthly recharge on any model.

4. Will it work with the P.A. system or gong we already have?

RoboticBell: yes — every model uses your existing amplifier and speakers, or your existing gong or siren.

5. What happens when the internet is down?

RoboticBell: schedules are stored on the device, so bells keep ringing offline. Internet is needed only for cloud updates and AI content.

6. Can our staff change the timings themselves?

RoboticBell: yes — from a web browser or the mobile app, with no technician visit needed. Several schedules (regular, exam, winter and more) can be saved and switched.

7. What is the warranty, and what happens after it?

RoboticBell: 1-year warranty on all models; after that, an annual maintenance contract (AMC) at 20% of the MRP per year.

8. Who fixes it if something goes wrong — and how fast?

RoboticBell: remote assistance via the cloud, video-call support, and on-site service through our offices and authorised franchisees in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Delhi.

9. Can it do more than ring a bell?

RoboticBell: music and voice announcements on all models; Ultimate models add AI microlearning in 22 Indian languages, Dual Zone timetables and remote troubleshooting.

10. Which schools already use it?

RoboticBell: schools including KV Pattom (Thiruvananthapuram), KV Naval Base Kochi, GBHSS Nenmara, Delhi Public School Sikkim and Mayoor International School, Rajasthan. Ask for a reference near you.
